Moromi maturation rate

A value showing the quantity of moromi produced from the white rice used as a raw material, calculated at the point prior to pressing. As the significance of the value is the rate of conversion of white rice to moromi, it is calculated from the quantity of moromi before pressing, subtracting raw materials other than rice, and falls in the 90-100% range for normal matured moromi.
